Waiting for me
"Waiting for me" is your personal work queue. The page gathers every process that needs your decision in a single place, no matter which area it came from. You no longer have to walk through each request list separately to find out whether something is sitting there.
What can I do here?
- See every open process that needs your decision
- Read how long a process has been waiting and whether it is overdue
- Filter by process type, for example absence requests only
- Change the order: longest waiting first, or newest first
- Jump straight into a process and decide it there
- Read the counter in the navigation to see how much is open without opening the page
Step by step
- Open Waiting for me in the left-hand navigation. The red counter next to it names the number of open processes.
- The list puts the longest-waiting process first. Start with the rows marked overdue.
- To see one type only, click the matching button at the top, for example Absence request. All takes you back to the full list.
- Click a row. You land directly on the page where you can approve or reject the process.
- Once the process is decided it leaves the list, and the counter drops by one.
Fields explained
| Field | Meaning |

| Type | What kind of process this is, for example an absence request. Types that do not have a name of their own yet appear as "Other process". |
| Process | Who filed something, and what it is about. This text is written by the area the process came from. |
| Waiting for | How many full days the process has been sitting undecided. "today" means it arrived today. |
| Due badge | Sits next to the waiting time: on track, due soon or overdue. |
| Action | What you can do with the process, for example "Review request". Clicking the row takes you there. |
Values & status
Due state
- on track - the process has more than a day left before its deadline.
- due soon - the last day before the deadline has begun.
- overdue - the deadline has passed. The process additionally becomes visible one level up; it does not move away, it stays with you.
Frequently asked questions
Why does a process not disappear when I have merely looked at it?
Because looking is not deciding. This list is a work queue, not an inbox: an entry only leaves once the process itself has been settled.
Two people may approve the same request. Do both see it?
Yes. And as soon as one of them decides, it disappears for the other as well - it is one process, not two copies.
My list is empty. Is something broken?
No. An empty list means exactly what it says: nothing is currently waiting on your decision. The navigation then shows no counter either.
Why can I not see my colleague's requests?
The page shows only processes addressed to you. Anything sitting with somebody else is not visible to you.
Which process types are included already?
Absence requests for now. Further types - expenses, change requests, residence permits, project time - are being connected step by step; they will show up in this list automatically once they are.
