My Training
This page shows all the trainings you have been enrolled in — whether that is an online course, an in-person session, a workshop, or a certification. For some training types you can confirm completion yourself; for others, your manager or the instructor confirms it. Enrollment is handled by HR or your manager — you cannot enroll yourself in a training from this page.
What can I do here?
- See all the trainings assigned to you, with their status, type, and key dates
- Filter the list by status (e.g. only "In progress" or "Completed")
- For online courses and onboarding trainings, use "Open course" to jump directly to the external learning content (if a link is available)
- For online courses and onboarding trainings, confirm completion yourself using "Mark complete"
Step by step
- Open My Training in the menu under HR → Self-Service.
- Use the status filter at the top if you want to see only open or only completed trainings.
- Each training appears as its own card with name, type, status, and (if available) enrollment date, completion date, and score.
- For online courses or onboarding trainings that are not yet completed, click "Mark complete", then confirm the prompt with "Yes, mark complete" — the training is immediately marked as completed. This step cannot be undone afterwards.
- If a course link is available for a training, "Open course" opens the external learning content in a new tab.

/hr/self-service/trainingFAQ
Why do I see the "Mark complete" button on some trainings but not others?
This button only appears for online courses and onboarding trainings that are not yet completed. For classroom sessions, workshops, and certifications, the instructor or HR confirms completion.
What happens when I click "Mark complete"?
You will first see a confirmation prompt. Confirming with "Yes, mark complete" immediately marks the training as completed and sets the completion date.
Can I undo marking a training as "completed"?
No. The confirmation prompt explicitly states that this action cannot be undone. If you did this by mistake, contact HR.
Why is the "Open course" button missing for a training?
This button only appears when a link to external course content is set for the training. Currently this link is not yet populated in the system, so you will not see this button for any training today.
How do I get enrolled in a new training?
Enrollment is handled by HR or your manager. You cannot enroll yourself in trainings from this page.
Where does the score for a training come from?
The score is entered by HR or the instructor after completion, if the training includes a grading step. You cannot enter it yourself.
