My Shifts
On this page you can see your own assigned work shifts, neatly grouped by day. It is a view-only page: you can check when and where you are scheduled to work, but you cannot change anything here. Shift planning itself is done by your manager or the HR team.

/hr/self-service/shiftsWhat can I do here?
- View your assigned shifts for any period you choose
- Jump to the current week or the current month with one click
- See for each shift: start and end time, role, location, and status
- Share the displayed period as a link (the chosen period is part of the address bar and stays intact when you share it)
You cannot create, swap, or delete shifts here — the page only shows what has been planned for you.

| Value | Plain-language meaning | What happens then |
|---|---|---|
| planned | The shift is planned but not yet finally confirmed | The plan may still change — keep an eye on this page |
| confirmed | The shift is confirmed | You are firmly scheduled for this shift |
| completed | The shift is finished | The shift is in the past and has been worked |
| cancelled | The shift was cancelled | You do not need to show up for this shift |
FAQ
Why can't I change or swap my shifts here?
This page is deliberately view-only. Changes to the shift schedule are made exclusively by your manager or the HR team. If you need a change, please talk to your manager directly.
I don't see any shifts — is that an error?
Not necessarily. First check the selected period (the From and To fields). If no shifts have been planned for you in the chosen period, the page shows "No shifts assigned in the selected period." It is also possible that your team simply does not use shift planning.
Can I see my colleagues' shifts?
No. This page always shows only your own shifts.
What does the coloured dot next to the role mean?
That is the colour of the shift template your manager used to create the shift — for example one colour for "early shift" and another for "late shift". The colour is purely a visual aid and has no further meaning.
Why does the selected period stay when I reload the page or share the link?
The chosen period is stored in the browser's address bar. This lets you bookmark or share the link with the exact period included.
