Frequently asked questions

Why does a metric show 0 even though I have employees on file?
A 0 is the correct value for a tenant that is still empty or newly set up - for example, as long as no absences have been approved yet or no job openings have been created. If a tile could not load its data instead (e.g. because the responsible service is temporarily not responding), it does not show a 0 - it shows a "Failed to load" hint with a warning icon, so a genuine 0 can always be told apart from a load failure.

How often do the numbers refresh?
The metrics and absence list refresh automatically about once a minute, and the attendance list about every 30 seconds. Manually reloading the page also shows the current state.

Why don't I see anyone in "Absences (7 days)" even though requests have been submitted?
This box only shows absences that have already been approved and start or run within the next 7 days. Requests that are still awaiting approval only appear once they've been approved.

Where can I see more detail about who's currently present?
Click "View all" in the "Current attendance" box - this takes you to the full time-tracking page with all the details.
