HR Reports
This page gives you a quick overview of your key HR metrics and lets you build, run, and export your own reports as CSV or JSON. That way you don't have to start from scratch every time you need a recurring analysis (e.g. headcount by department or turnover).
/hr/reportsWhat can I do here?
- See the most important metrics at a glance on the Dashboard: headcount, turnover rate, absence days, and total hours worked
- Create your own reports based on a specific report type (e.g. headcount, turnover, absence, time tracking, payroll)
- Run predefined templates or clone them as a starting point for your own report
- Run reports again at any time and view the result table directly
- Export report results as a CSV file
- Check the history to see which reports were exported when and how many rows they contained
Step by step
Check the metrics on the dashboard
- Open the "Dashboard" tab.
- Review the four metric cards (headcount, turnover rate, absence days, total hours) and the breakdown by department.
Create a new report
- Open the "Reports" tab and click "Create Report".
- Enter a name, report type, and optionally a description.
- Confirm with "Save" — the report then appears in the list.
Run and export a report
- In the report list (or under templates) click the play icon to run the report.
- The result opens as a table in a window.
- Use the download icon to download the report as a CSV file. This export is automatically logged in the history.
Turn a template into your own report
- Open the "Templates" tab.
- Click "Clone" on the desired template — an independent, editable report with the same structure is created.

FAQ
Where can I see whether my exported report was actually downloaded?
The "History" tab lists every export with the report name, format, number of rows, and date.
Can I modify an existing template without destroying the original?
Yes — use "Clone" on the template. This creates your own independent copy that you can then edit and run freely without changing the original template.
What exactly does the turnover rate mean?
It shows the share of employees who left the company during the selected period (default: the current month), measured against the total workforce.
Why do I see no numbers or only placeholders in the payroll report?
Salary data is especially protected. Only users with the appropriate permission see the actual figures in the report.
