My Time

On this page you manage your own working time: you can see all your time entries for a month, clock in and out with a single click, and add forgotten times later as a manual entry. You will only ever see your own times here — never anyone else's.

What can I do here?

  • View your time entries for a month and switch between months using the arrows
  • Clock in when you start work and clock out when you finish (if your company has enabled this feature)
  • Add a manual entry later, for example if you forgot to clock in
  • See from each entry's status whether it is still a draft or has already been approved

Step by step

Clock in and out

  1. When you start work, click Clock In at the top right. The system starts a new time entry with the current time.
  2. When you finish work, click Clock Out. The system records the end time and automatically calculates your total hours (minus any recorded breaks).
  3. Important: only one clock-in can be open at a time. If you are already clocked in, you must clock out first before you can clock in again.
  4. There is also a shortcut on My Area → Dashboard: the "Time Tracking" tile now carries the same button. If you are not yet clocked in, it shows Clock In; if you already are, the tile shows Clock Out, the time you have been clocked in since, and how much time is left today against your daily target. Both paths - the dashboard tile and this page - write the same entry, so you see it here immediately either way.

Note: if both buttons are greyed out and the notice "Self-service clock-in/out is disabled for this tenant." appears, your company has not enabled self-service punching. Your times are then recorded another way — if in doubt, ask your HR team.

Add a manual entry

  1. Click Add manual entry. A side panel opens.
  2. Choose the Date and enter the Clock In and Clock Out times of your working day (you can leave the end time empty).
  3. If needed, enter your Break (minutes) (up to 480 minutes) and optionally add Notes.
  4. Click Save entry. The entry appears in the list with the status Draft and then goes through the usual approval by your manager.

View a different month

  1. Use the arrows to the left and right of the month name to switch to the previous or next month.
  2. The list then shows all your entries for that month. The selected month is also part of the address bar — so you can bookmark or share the view.

FAQ

Why are the "Clock In" and "Clock Out" buttons greyed out for me?
Your company has not enabled self-service punching (notice: "Self-service clock-in/out is disabled for this tenant."). You can still record manual entries. If you have questions, contact your HR team.

I forgot to clock out — what now?
While a punch is still open, you cannot clock in again. Clock out first. If this produced a wrong time, contact your manager or HR so the entry can be corrected.

I forgot to punch for a whole day — what do I do?
Simply record the day via Add manual entry with date, start, end, and break. The entry starts as a draft and is reviewed as usual.

How are my total hours calculated?
Automatically: the time between clock-in and clock-out, minus the recorded break minutes. Overtime is also determined automatically when you clock out.

Can I see my colleagues' times?
No. This page shows only your own time entries.

Who approves my entries?
Review and approval are handled by your manager or the HR team in the administration area. On this page you can always see the current status.
