Submit a Report
This page lets you confidentially report a concern — for example fraud, harassment, discrimination, a workplace safety issue, corruption, or a data breach. The report is created as its own case and handled by a responsible party.
Important — about anonymity: You can submit every report either anonymously or pseudonymously. For an anonymous report, your identity is discarded server-side at submission time and never stored. For a pseudonymous report, your identity is not stored in plain text — only as a one-way, irreversible hash, so that later follow-up questions can be linked back (without exposing your plain-text identity). This page provides no option to submit with your identity openly visible.
What can I do here?
- Submit a new report with category, title, description, and severity
- Choose whether the report is submitted anonymously or pseudonymously
- After submitting, receive the case number and a follow-up token for later inquiries
Step by step
- Choose the category and severity of the incident.
- Enter a meaningful title (at least 3 characters).
- Describe the situation in the description field as precisely as possible (at least 10 characters).
- Choose the identity mode: "Anonymous" or "Pseudonymous".
- Click "Submit".
- On the success screen, immediately save or copy the case number and, especially, the follow-up token — the token is shown only this one time.

FAQ
Can I really submit this report anonymously?
Yes. If you choose "Anonymous", your user identity is discarded at submission time and is not stored with the case.
What's the difference between anonymous and pseudonymous?
With "Anonymous", your identity is not stored at all. With "Pseudonymous", it is stored as a one-way hash, so a later follow-up can be matched without your identity being visible in plain text.
What do I do with the follow-up token?
Keep it safe — it is shown only once, right after submitting, and is the only channel for asking follow-up questions about this case or tracking its progress later.
What happens if I lose the follow-up token?
The page does not show or retrieve it again — save it securely immediately after submitting.
Can I change anything about my report after submitting it?
This page offers no such function; after submitting, only the success screen with the case number and token is shown.
