My Performance
This page shows everything about your personal performance appraisal: your reviews from your company's appraisal rounds and your personal goals. While an appraisal round is running, you can also submit your own self-review here — your own assessment of your performance before your manager submits theirs.
| Title | Cycle | Due date | Status | Overall rating |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Annual review | H1 2026 | 30 Sep 2026 | !Pending | - |
| Half-year review | H2 2025 | 31 Mar 2026 | ✓Completed | 4.2 |
/hr/self-service/performanceWhat can I do here?
- View your own performance reviews (the Reviews tab)
- View your personal goals with progress and due date (the Goals tab)
- Submit a self-review while your review is still open and the appraisal round is active
- Filter both lists by status and appraisal round (cycle) and page through the results
Manager reviews and the creation of goals do not happen on this page — that is done by your manager or the HR team.
Step by step
View your reviews
- Open the My Performance page. The Reviews tab is active by default.
- The table shows for each review: Cycle (the appraisal round), Status, Overall rating, Created, and possible Actions.
- If needed, filter using the Status field or the Cycle field.
Submit a self-review
- On the Reviews tab, find a row with the status Pending. Only there does the Submit self-review button appear (and only while the related appraisal round is active).
- Click Submit self-review. A side panel opens.
- Click + Add criterion to add a rating criterion and give each criterion a score from 1 to 5. At least one criterion is required. Use Remove to delete a criterion again.
- Optionally add a Comment.
- Click Submit. Your review then changes to the status Self-review submitted — from this point on you can no longer change it.
View your goals
- Switch to the Goals tab.
- The table shows for each goal: Title, Status, Progress (as a percentage), and Due date.
- If needed, filter by Status or Cycle.
| Title | Progress | Due date | Status |

FAQ
Why don't I see a "Submit self-review" button on my review?
The button only appears when the review has the status Pending and the related appraisal round is still active. If the round has already ended or you have already submitted, a self-review is no longer possible.
What does the message "The self-review window is closed." mean?
The appraisal round is no longer active, or your review is no longer in the Pending status. Submitting is then no longer possible. If you have questions, contact your manager or the HR team.
Can I change my self-review after submitting it?
No. After submitting, the review changes to the status Self-review submitted and your input is fixed. Double-check your scores and comment before clicking Submit.
Which criteria should I add in my self-review?
You create the criteria yourself (for example collaboration, expertise, reliability) and score each one from 1 to 5. If your company prescribes specific criteria, your manager or the HR team will let you know.
Can I create my own goals here or change their progress?
No. On this page you can only view your goals. They are created and maintained by your manager or the HR team.
Can I see other people's reviews?
No. This page shows only your own reviews and goals.
What happens when I click "Acknowledge review" in the employee portal (a standalone application for staff, in preparation)?
Nothing is acknowledged yet. A confirmation window opens that names the review cycle and states that your manager sees the acknowledgement immediately. Only clicking "Acknowledge review" inside that window acknowledges the review. If you choose "Cancel" or close the window, the review stays at Manager review submitted. An acknowledgement cannot be taken back - so read the result carefully before you acknowledge.
