Feedback
On this page you can send feedback to colleagues and see the feedback you have received yourself. Feedback can be, for example, praise, a suggestion for improvement, or a coaching note.
What can I do here?
- View feedback you received (the "Received" tab)
- View feedback you sent (the "Sent" tab)
- Send new feedback to a colleague
- Choose how visible the feedback should be when sending it, and optionally send it anonymously
Step by step
- Click "Give feedback" to open the form.
- Choose the recipient, the type of feedback, and its visibility.
- Enter the text in the "Content" field (up to 5000 characters).
- Optionally enable "Send anonymously" if the recipient should not see your identity.
- Click "Submit".

FAQ
Can I give myself feedback?
No, the system blocks this with the message "You cannot give yourself feedback."
What does "Anonymous" mean?
If a received feedback row is marked "Anonymous", no sender information at all was transmitted — you cannot tell who sent the feedback.
Do I still see who I sent feedback to, even if it was anonymous?
Yes, in the "Sent" tab you always see who you sent feedback to — anonymity only protects what the recipient sees.
Can I edit or delete feedback after sending it?
This page does not offer that functionality.
