Reports (ERP)

On the Reports page you generate evaluations of your shop at the click of a button: sales, inventory, customer value, finances, profit margin, and more. You simply pick a report type and a date range — SELLERLOGIC Commerce Services then compiles key figures, a chart, and a data table for you, which you can also download as a file. Frequently needed evaluations can be saved under their own name so you can run them again later with one click.

Note: The same Reports page can be reached in two places in SCS — here in the finance area and additionally in the settings area. The content is identical in both places: you always see all seven report types, not only the financial ones.

What can I do here?

  • Choose one of seven report types: Sales, Inventory, Customer LTV, Acquisition, Financial, Profit Margin, or Purchase Funnel
  • Set the evaluation period via quick presets (e.g. Last 30 days, This quarter) or freely with From/To dates
  • Group time-based reports by Day, Week, or Month
  • Generate the report with Run Report and view it as KPI tiles, a chart, and a Data Table
  • Download the result via the CSV button as a spreadsheet file (CSV = a simple table format that opens in e.g. Excel)
  • Save reports under a name of your choice with Save, optionally with a Schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly)
  • On the Saved Reports tab, re-run saved reports via Load & Run or delete them

  2. Under Date Range, choose a preset — or Custom to set From and To freely.
  3. For Sales, Acquisition, and Financial you can additionally choose between Day, Week, and Month under Group by.
  4. Click Run Report. After a short moment the key figures, the Chart, and the Data Table appear.

  2. Click the CSV button. The file downloads automatically and opens in any spreadsheet program.

  2. Click Save. The Save Report window opens.
  3. Enter a Report Name (e.g. "Monthly Sales Report") and optionally pick a Schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I see "No data available"?
There is no matching data in the chosen period — for example, no orders in the selected month. Choose a different period or another report type.

Why can't I evaluate a period longer than one year?
A report may span at most 365 days. For longer comparisons, simply run several reports one after another (e.g. one per calendar year).

The table shows only 100 rows — where is the rest?
For clarity, the browser view shows the first 100 rows; below it you will see e.g. "Showing 100 of 2,500 rows". Download the report as CSV to get all rows (up to 10,000).

Are saved reports with a schedule sent automatically?
The schedule is stored with the report and shown on its card. Whether and where an automatic delivery takes place may need to be set up separately — if in doubt, ask your SELLERLOGIC contact.

Can I change a saved report later?
Load it via Load & Run, adjust the date range or grouping, and save it again under the same or a new name. Delete reports you no longer need via the trash icon.
