B2B Companies
This is where you manage your business customers (B2B): the company data itself, its contacts (people at the company), and its locations (e.g. branches or delivery addresses).
What can I do here?
- View all companies with tax ID, payment terms, number of contacts/locations, and status
- Search companies and filter by status (active/inactive)
- Create a new company or edit an existing one (core data, payment terms, credit limit, billing contact, billing address, notes, tags)
- Add or remove contacts (linked customers with a role) for a company
- Add or remove locations for a company
- Deactivate a company
- View metrics (total companies, active, inactive, total contacts)
Step by step
- Create a company: Click "New Company", enter the company name (required), legal name, tax ID, VAT number and registration number, set payment terms and credit limit, enter the billing contact and address, then save.
- Open a company: Clicking a row in the table opens the detail view with the "Overview", "Contacts" and "Locations" tabs.
- Add a contact: On the "Contacts" tab, click "Add Contact", enter the customer ID of the desired customer, and assign a role (Administrator, Buyer or Viewer).
