AI Data Explorer
The AI Data Explorer lets you ask questions about your shop data in plain, everyday language – the same way you'd ask a colleague. You don't need to set filters or write technical queries. An AI (artificial intelligence, a computer program that understands language and analyzes data) automatically translates your question into a data query and gives you the answer as a table with a short summary.
This feature is read-only: it can only be used to look up data, not to change it.
What can I do here?
- Ask a question in plain language about your products, orders, customers, or revenue
- Use one of the suggested example queries with a single click
- View the result as a table, including an AI-written summary
- Re-run a previous query from your history
- View usage statistics such as total queries and success rate
Step by Step
- Type your question into the text field (e.g. "Which products had the most sales last month?") or click a suggested example query.
- Click "Execute" or press ⌘+Enter (or Ctrl+Enter).
- Review the result table and the AI-written summary.
- If needed, click an entry under "Recent Queries" to run it again.

Can I use the AI Data Explorer to change or delete data?
No. The AI Data Explorer is for looking up data only – it cannot change or delete anything.
What language can I ask my question in?
You can phrase your question in German or English, just like a normal sentence.
What data can I ask about?
Products, orders, customers, and revenue.
Why did my question return no result?
This can happen if the AI couldn't clearly interpret your question, no matching data was found, or the query took too long. Try rephrasing more precisely, or use one of the example queries as a template.
Are my questions saved?
Yes, your queries appear under "Recent Queries" so you can run them again later.
