Analytics
The Analytics page shows you at a glance how your shop is doing: how many people visit, what they look at, how much revenue you make, and which channels bring customers to you. All figures refer to a selectable time window and can be reloaded at the click of a button.
Note: Although this page sits in the finance area, it is the general shop analytics view (visitors, orders, marketing channels) - not a finance-only report. For financial reports, use the Reports (ERP) page.

/erp/analyticsWhat can I do here?
- See the key figures at a glance: Total revenue, Orders, Visitors, and Conversion rate (the share of visitors who actually buy)
- Switch the time window using the 7d, 14d, 30d, and 90d (days) buttons
- Follow revenue and order trends as charts (Revenue (timeline), Orders (timeline))
- See where your revenue comes from (Revenue by channel) and which items sell best (Top Products)
- Use the Conversion funnel (the path from shop visit to completed order) to spot where visitors drop off
- Check the Device distribution to see whether your customers shop on Mobile, Desktop, or Tablet
- Reload all figures at any time with Refresh
Step by Step
Change the time window
- Click 7d, 14d, 30d, or 90d at the top right.
- All key figures, charts, and lists reload for the chosen window; the exact date range is shown below the page title.
Find weak spots in the buying process
- Scroll to the Conversion funnel section.
- Compare the stages Shop visited → Product viewed → Added to cart → Checkout started → Order completed.
- Each stage shows its percentage, and the red percentage on the right shows the drop-off compared to the previous stage. A big drop tells you where to improve — for example the cart or the checkout.
Identify your strongest sales channels
- Look at the Revenue by channel donut chart.
- Next to it, each channel (for example paid advertising, newsletter, direct visits) shows the revenue it generated — so you can see which marketing channels pay off.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I see little or no data?
The figures are based on visits to your online shop. Right after launching the shop, or with very little traffic, the numbers will be small. Try switching to a longer window (90d).
What does "conversion rate" mean?
It is the share of visitors who actually buy something. Example: with 1,000 visitors and 20 orders, the conversion rate is 2%.
What is the difference between "Visitors" and "Sessions"?
A visitor is a person (counted once even across several visits). A session is a single visit — so the same person can have several sessions.
Can I analyze a specific month here?
This page uses fixed windows counting back from today (7, 14, 30, or 90 days). For freely chosen date ranges, use the Reports (ERP) page with the Custom date range.
Is the visitor data personal data?
No. Visitors are counted anonymously — no names or personal details are shown in this view.
