Products & Subscriptions

This page shows how well SELLERLOGIC's products are selling to your customers: how many companies use a product, how much revenue it generates, and how customers move between products. It's the product-level analytics view - for individual subscription records per company, use Subscriptions (CRM) instead.

What can I do here?

  • See, per product, how many companies use it, how much revenue (12 months) it generates, and how many days a customer keeps it active on average
  • View a subscription overview per product (active subscriptions, MRR, trials, subscriptions expiring soon without auto-renewal)
  • Search and filter all individual subscriptions across all products
  • View the "Customer Funnel" — how customers migrate between products
  • Automatically generate pipeline deals for upcoming renewals and win-backs

Step by step

  1. Open CRM → Products to see the "Products & Revenue", "Overview", "All Subscriptions", and "Customer Funnel" tabs.
  2. Check the "Products & Revenue" tab to see which product has the most active companies or the highest revenue.
  3. Switch to "Overview" to identify subscriptions expiring soon without auto-renewal and act in time.
  4. Use "Generate Pipeline Deals" when needed to automatically create renewal or win-back deals for expiring subscriptions.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference to the "Subscriptions" page?
"Products & Subscriptions" analyzes at the product level (revenue, usage, migration between products). Subscriptions (CRM) manages the individual subscription records per company (create, cancel, reactivate).

What does "Customer Funnel" mean?
That tab shows how customers move between different products — e.g. from an entry-level product to a more comprehensive one.

What exactly does "Generate Pipeline Deals" do?
It automatically creates renewal or win-back deals in the pipeline based on expiring or cancelled subscriptions.
