Companies

This is where you manage the companies SELLERLOGIC has a business relationship with — from prospects to long-standing customers. A company bundles all related contacts, deals, subscriptions, invoices, and shared history in one place.

What can I do here?

  • Create and edit companies, and filter the list (industry, size, score, owner, tags, address, …)
  • Open a company to see its linked contacts, deals, subscriptions, invoices, and activity timeline
  • Maintain notes and tags
  • Delete a company when needed (only possible once no contacts are linked to it anymore)
  • Review prior project and task communication with this customer via the Asana history

Step by step

  1. Create a new company: Click "New Company", enter at least the name, and save.
  2. Filter companies: Open the filter, choose e.g. industry or size, and apply — the selection is kept in the URL and can be shared as a link.
  3. View details: Open a company from the list to see linked contacts, deals, subscriptions, and the timeline in their respective tabs.
  4. Delete a company: Open the company and choose "Delete Company". If contacts are still linked, they must be reassigned or deleted first.

Values & statuses

Company size (company_size)

1–10, 11–50, 51–200, 201–500, 501–1000, over 1000 employees — a rough categorization of company size.

L&F cluster

On the detail page, a company can be assigned to an "L&F cluster" with volume and value tiers (each low/medium/high) plus a priority, including a case count and an estimated amount. What "L&F" stands for and who populates these values is not documented in the code (see open questions).

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between the Health and Adoption values?
Health broadly describes how healthy/satisfied the customer relationship is assessed to be, while Adoption specifically measures how intensively the customer actually uses the products they've booked.

Can I delete a company that still has customer contacts?
No. You must first reassign the linked contacts to another company or delete them before the company itself can be deleted.

Where do I see a company's subscriptions?
In the "Products & Subscriptions" tab of the company detail view. Every product appears there with its individual subscription plans - including pure trial and freemium plans without revenue. Each plan shows its type (Trial, Freemium, Paid), its period, and a "Scheduled" marker when the plan only starts in the future (e.g. a follow-up plan that is already booked). Subscriptions can also be managed centrally under Subscriptions (CRM) for more detail.

Why does the history show several "Subscription started" entries for the same product?
Each subscription plan creates its own entry — for example a trial plan followed by a booked follow-up plan of the same product. Entries carry the respective plan name (e.g. "Repricer Trial" and "Repricer Freemium") and the plan's actual start date, so they can be told apart.

What does the SELLERLOGIC CID mean?
That's the internal customer number that links the CRM company to the actual SELLERLOGIC customer account.

How the Health and Adoption values are calculated

Health and Adoption are each a score from 0 to 100, automatically assembled from the known customer data and capped to 0–100 at the end.

Health value (customer health)

Higher is better. The value sums eight positive components and one penalty (maximums in brackets):

Component Maximum Based on
Contract status 12 active → full 12; soft-blocked → 4; hard-blocked → 0
Payment regularity 18 share of invoices present (up to 12 months) × 18
Module breadth 12 number of modules in use (all four → full 12)
Active accounts 8 2 points per active account, capped at 4 accounts
Subscriptions 15 at least one active subscription → 8; plus auto-renewal → 7
Customer tenure 12 length of relationship, full value from 2 years
Login activity 13 ≥ 20 active days → 13, ≥ 10 → 9, ≥ 5 → 6, ≥ 1 → 3
Revenue level 10 ≥ €10,000 → 10, ≥ €2,000 → 7, ≥ €500 → 4, > 0 → 2
Expiry penalty −10 only without auto-renewal: remaining term ≤ 7 days → −10, ≤ 14 → −7, ≤ 30 → −4

In addition, a cancellation survey subtracts points (between −3 and −10 depending on the cancellation reason, plus −3 for multiple cancellations; at most −20 in total).

Adoption value (usage intensity)

Shows how intensively the customer actually uses the booked products:

Component Maximum Based on
Modules used 40 share of modules used out of all modules × 40
Active products 20 5 points per active product, capped at 4
Active accounts 15 3 points per active account, capped at 5
Active subscriptions 10 2.5 points per active subscription, capped at 4
Customer tenure 15 length of relationship, full value from 3 years

A registration survey can grant bonus points (large catalogue +5, high monthly revenue +5, completed survey +3; declined survey −2).

The Score (company-level lead score) and the customer tier (Basic/Starter/Growth/Enterprise) depend instead on the recorded annual revenue: from €500 Starter, from €2,000 Growth, from €10,000 Enterprise.

When it updates: the values are recalculated for the affected companies after every synchronisation cycle (provided automatic classification is active) and also run in the background roughly every 10 minutes. If you edit a company by hand, its value is recalculated shortly afterwards. Sync Health lets you trigger an immediate re-classification.

How to improve the Health and Adoption values

The values reflect real customer data — "improving" here mainly means strengthening the customer relationship and keeping the data complete:

  1. Close payment gaps and keep the contract active. Payment regularity (18) and contract status (12) are the largest single items of the Health value.
  2. Secure auto-renewal. It earns Health points and avoids the expiry penalty of up to −10.
  3. Broaden usage. More modules and products in use mainly raise the Adoption value (modules alone up to 40).
  4. Address cancellation reasons. Every cancellation-survey entry subtracts Health points — proactive care prevents this.
  5. Maintain master data. Annual revenue, active accounts and subscriptions affect both values and the customer tier.
