Step by step

Review a pending review

Filter by status "Pending."
Read the review's title and text; note the "Verified" badge if the purchase is confirmed.
Click "Confirm" to publish the review, or remove it.

Resolve a flagged review

Filter by status "Flagged."
Read the displayed flag reason.
Decide via "Confirm" (stays visible) or "Remove."
