Listings (Marketplace-as-a-Service)
This page manages the product listings of vendors on your Marketplace-as-a-Service platform. It is independent of the listings in the operational Marketplace area.

- View all listings with product, vendor, category, price, and status
- Search listings and filter by status
- Approve a listing
- Reject a listing with a stated reason
- Pause a listing or resume it
Step by step
Approve or reject a listing
- Filter by status "Pending."
- Click "Approve" to activate the listing.
- To reject, click "Reject," enter a rejection reason in the "Reject Listing" dialog, and confirm.
Pause or resume a listing
- Find the listing in the list.
- Click "Pause" or "Resume."

Listing status (maas_listing_status)

|---|---|---|
| Pending | New listing is awaiting review | Not yet visible |
| Active | Listing has been approved | Visible on the platform |
| Rejected | Listing was rejected during review | Not visible |
| Paused | Listing was manually deactivated | Temporarily hidden, can be resumed |

No, this list belongs to the separate Marketplace-as-a-Service administration. See Marketplace Overview for details on the difference.
