Help navigation

The knowledge base lists every area in a rail on the left. It behaves the same way inside the product and on the public site at docs.scs.sellerlogic.com: the same order, the same entries, the same expand behaviour. Only the styling differs, because one version lives inside the application and the other on the web.

What can I do here?

  • Open an area. Clicking an area name opens that area's overview and expands its pages.
  • See where you are. The page you are reading is highlighted.
  • Filter pages. A field sits above the list. Type a few letters and only the matching pages remain.
  • Jump to release notes. Every area that has release notes carries its own entry at the end of its list, and there is one more entry for the release notes of all areas.
  • Open the navigation on a phone. There it sits behind the Navigation button above the text.

Step by step

  1. Open help from the question mark in the top bar, or go straight to /help.
  2. Pick an area on the left, for example CRM. Its pages expand.
  3. Looking for one particular page? Type its name into the field above the list instead of scrolling.
  4. Click the page you want. Its text appears beside the rail.
  5. On a phone, tap Navigation first. The list slides in over the text with the page you are reading visible in it. Tapping an entry closes it again.

Common questions

Why is only one area expanded at a time?
Because all of them open at once is a list of several hundred entries. You open an area by clicking it; the previous one collapses.

I opened help on my phone and see only text, no navigation.
That is deliberate. The article comes first and the rail sits behind the Navigation button above it, so you no longer scroll past dozens of links to reach the first sentence.

The filter shows nothing.
Then no page name matches what you typed. Clear the field to get the full list back. To search the text of the pages themselves, use the search box above the rail rather than the navigation filter.

Do I see the same pages inside the product and on the public site?
Almost. The Platform area documents the operator console. It exists only inside the product, and there only for operator accounts. Every other area is identical in both versions.
