Report Schedules
Here you set up specific reports to be generated automatically on a recurring basis and emailed to chosen recipients — for example a daily sales report every morning at 8am.
What can I do here?
- Create a new automatic schedule for a report
- Set the frequency (daily/weekly/monthly), time, and timezone
- Add recipient email addresses
- Choose the export format (PDF, CSV, or XLSX)
- Activate/deactivate a schedule or run it immediately on demand
- View the execution log with status, duration, and download link
Step by step
- Click "New schedule".
- Choose the report to send and the frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly).
- For weekly delivery, also choose the day of the week; for monthly, the day of the month.
- Set the time (hour/minute) and timezone.
- Add one or more recipient email addresses and choose the export format.
- Turn on the "Active" switch and save.
- Check the "Log" tab to see whether past runs succeeded, and download the generated file if needed.

What's the difference from the "Save" button on the Reports page?
When saving a report under "Reports" you can also set up a simple schedule. This page provides full management of all schedules, including recipient lists, export format, and the execution log, in one place.
What happens when I deactivate a schedule?
It stops running automatically, but stays saved and can be reactivated at any time.
Where do I find the most recently generated file for a report?
In the "Log" tab — successful runs show a download link with the file size next to the entry.
