Dashboards
Custom dashboards let you assemble key figures from your shop on a freely arranged canvas — as a KPI tile, chart, table, or gauge. For example, you could build a "Sales" dashboard with the numbers that matter most to you.
What can I do here?
- Create, edit, duplicate or delete a dashboard
- Add tiles (widgets) of various types: KPI card, bar chart, line chart, area chart, pie chart, table, or gauge
- Choose a data source (report, metric, or saved query) and a time range for each tile
- Set the position and size of each tile on the grid
- Make a dashboard publicly visible to other users
Step by step
- Click "New dashboard" and give it a name and, optionally, a description.
- Open the newly created dashboard and click "Add widget".
- Give the tile a name and choose the desired tile type (e.g. "KPI card" or "Bar chart").
- Choose the data source: a predefined report, a metric, or a saved query from the Data Explorer, along with the time range.
- Set the tile's position (X/Y) and size (width/height) on the 12-column grid and save.
- Repeat to add more tiles, and rearrange the dashboard via "Edit" if needed.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference from the standard reports under "Reports"?
Standard reports offer fixed, predetermined analyses. Dashboards let you combine multiple freely chosen tiles from different data sources on one canvas, tailored to your needs.
Can I share a dashboard with colleagues?
Yes, enable the "Public" option when creating or editing it — the dashboard then becomes visible to other users too.
What happens when I duplicate a dashboard?
A full copy including all tiles is created, which you can then adjust independently of the original.
