Reports (Settings)

This page lets you generate classic business reports on revenue, inventory, customer value, new customer acquisition, finances, margin, and the sales funnel. You can export reports as CSV and save them on a fixed schedule (e.g. weekly).

What can I do here?

  • Choose a report type (e.g. Sales, Inventory, Customer lifetime value)
  • Set a time range via a quick preset or a custom date range
  • For time-series reports, choose the grouping (day/week/month)
  • Run the report and view results as KPI tiles, a chart, and a table
  • Export the report as a CSV file
  • Save a report with a name and an optional schedule to reload it later

Step by step

  1. Choose the report type at the top, e.g. "Sales" or "Inventory".
  2. In the filter area, choose a time range, such as "Last 30 days" or a custom range via "Custom".
  3. For reports with a time series (Sales, New customers, Financial), also choose the grouping (day, week, month).
  4. Click "Run report" — KPI figures, a chart and a table appear below.
  5. Click "CSV" to download the raw data, or "Save report" to store the configuration with a name and, optionally, a schedule (daily/weekly/monthly).
  6. Open the "Saved" tab to run a previously saved report again with "Load & run".

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between this page and "Dashboards" under Analytics?
This page offers fixed, pre-defined standard reports with predetermined metrics. Under "Dashboards", "Data Explorer" etc. in the Analytics area, you can instead build your own freely configurable analyses and visualizations.

Why is the grouping selector sometimes hidden?
It only appears for report types with a time series (Sales, Acquisition, Financial). Other report types like Inventory don't have a time series.

What happens when I save a report with a schedule?
The report is automatically recalculated according to the chosen cadence — details on actual delivery can be found in the "Report Schedules" area under Analytics.
