My Signatures
This page shows only the envelopes where you yourself are listed as a signer or approver — documents that are waiting on your own signature. It's accessible to all users, even without admin rights in the Sign module.
What can I do here?
- View all signing tasks assigned to you
- Filter by status
- Jump directly to the signing page for open tasks
Step by step
- Open My Signatures. You'll see a list of all envelopes where you're listed as a recipient.
- Optionally filter by status, e.g. to see only open tasks.
- For envelopes with status "Sent" or "In Progress", a Sign Now button appears — clicking it opens your personal signing page in a new tab.
- On the signing page, follow the highlighted fields and complete the process.

Frequently asked questions
Why don't I see all of the company's envelopes here?
"My Signatures" shows only tasks where you personally are listed as a recipient. The full list of all envelopes is under Envelopes, if you have the required permission.
What happens if I don't click "Sign Now" right away?
The task stays open and is reachable from this page at any time, as long as it hasn't expired or been voided.
I didn't get an email invitation — can I still sign here?
Yes, as long as the envelope lists you as a recipient, it appears on this page regardless of whether the email arrived.
