Customer Portal: Roadmap & Sign-in
The customer portal shows your customers the public product roadmap and the archive of already-released improvements. Signed-in customers additionally manage their profile and notification preferences there. The roadmap is visible without signing in; for personal features a customer signs in via a sign-in link (magic link), with no password required. Anyone who wants to can follow individual roadmap cards and is then informed about their progress by email.

/What can I do here?
- View the published roadmap, grouped by status (Planned, In progress, On hold, Up for release)
- Browse the release archive by quarter (newest first)
- Open a single card with its description and history ("Updates")
- Sign in as a customer via a sign-in link: the 6-digit code arrives by e-mail, there is no password
- Follow a published card and choose whether to be informed by e-mail about status changes, about the release, or both
- End a subscription with one click, on the card itself or via the unsubscribe link in every notification
- See all active subscriptions under My subscriptions in the profile and remove them one by one
- Change display name and language in the profile and turn notifications about your own requests on/off
- Switch the display language in the header at any time - the same chooser as in the profile, reachable from every page
- Export your own data as a file (GDPR self-disclosure)
Step by step
- View the roadmap: Open the portal. The home page shows the roadmap in status columns. Use the product filter at the top to narrow the view to one product. The filter is kept in the address bar and is shareable.
- Open the release archive: Switch to "Released". Entries are grouped by quarter (e.g. 2026Q1), with the newest quarter on top.
- Sign in (magic link): Click "Sign in", enter your e-mail address and request the code. The e-mail with the 6-digit code arrives right away; it also contains a link that signs you in directly. Enter the code and you are signed in. The code is valid for 15 minutes and can be used only once. If the e-mail does not arrive, the code stays valid and you can request it again.
- Follow a card: Open a card on the roadmap. Below the description you switch Status changes and Release on or off individually. One click is enough, there is no extra save step. You need to be signed in for this.
- End a subscription: Click the switched-on option on the card again. Alternatively use the unsubscribe link at the end of every notification; it takes you straight to the card in question.
- Switch the language: The language chooser sits in the top right of the header, on every page. You pick between Deutsch and English; each language is written in its own spelling, so it stays readable even if you do not understand the language currently shown. The change takes effect immediately and is remembered on this device, including after you close the browser. The chooser is fully operable with the keyboard, and the focused control has a clearly visible outline.
- Maintain your profile: Open "Profile". Adjust your display name and language and decide whether you want to be notified about the status of your own requests by e-mail. Under My subscriptions you find every card you follow; each one can be removed there individually.
- Export your data: Use "Export data" to download a file with the information stored about you in the portal.

Values & status
- Card status: "Planned", "In progress", "On hold", "Up for release" appear on the roadmap; "Released" moves into the release archive. Customers see only approved (published) content.
- Sign-in status: A customer account is either "active" or "blocked". A blocked account cannot sign in.
- Subscription kinds per card: "Status changes" sends an e-mail on every status change of the card. "Release" sends exactly one e-mail as soon as the card is released. Both are independent of each other and off by default: without switching one on deliberately, nobody receives a message.
- Duplicate sends: the same event is never sent twice to the same person, even if an action is repeated.
- Starting cards: a portal in which no card has ever been created receives two explanatory starting cards on first start ("Welcome to the product roadmap" and "Your request becomes a card"). They are published so that the roadmap does not begin empty, and they can be edited or deleted in portal management like any other card. As soon as you curate cards of your own, no further starting cards are added.
- Empty state: when the roadmap or the release archive shows no card, the page names the next step instead of only the absence: if a product filter hides everything, the filter is named and a button clears it; if nothing has been published yet, the page leads to the request form or back to the roadmap.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I switch the language?
In two places that show the same chooser: in the top right of the header - on every page, even without signing in - and in the profile. Whatever you pick in one place applies in the other right away. Your device remembers the choice, so the language is the same on your next visit.
Why does a card say it is not available in my language yet?
The content of a roadmap card is written per language. As long as the version in your language is missing, we show you the version that exists instead of an empty card - and tell you which language you are reading. The note disappears by itself once the translation is there.
I did not receive the sign-in code. What now?
Check your spam folder and request the code again. A code that was not delivered stays valid, so nothing is lost. The sign-in link only works for addresses that exist as a customer contact.
Do I automatically get messages about every card?
No. You are only notified about cards you have explicitly subscribed to. Messages about your own requests and about bug reports that concern you are separate from this.
The roadmap is empty. Did I do something wrong?
No. If a product filter is active it may be hiding everything - the page says so and offers to clear the filter. If nothing has been published at all, the page takes you straight to the request form: whatever gets scheduled then shows up as a card on the roadmap.
How do I end all subscriptions at once?
Open My subscriptions in your profile and remove the entries. Messages about your own requests are switched off separately with the "Notification about own requests" toggle.
